RN - Registered Nurse - Bethany - PRN - Various Shifts

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care, while coordinating resident assessments, education, and treatment across all phases of preventative care and health maintenance. Serve as charge nurse when available, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within the scope of their competence. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards designated for the assigned clinical setting. This role involves working in a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility in Brainerd, MN, with various shifts including days, evenings, and nights. Candidates must be available for a rotation of six shifts per month, including two weekend shifts and holiday coverage.
