Job Summary
RN - Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan, a Sanford Health facility in Brainerd, MN. Responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care. Duties include coordinating care, resident assessment, education, delegation to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate, potential to serve as charge nurse, and adherence to nursing standards and ethics. Requires current MN RN license; BSN preferred; evening/night shift with 72 hours bi-weekly schedule, weekend and holiday rotation, and shift incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Minnesota
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs
- BSN preferred (Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- RN license verification appropriate to practice location
