Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care plans while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing practice. May serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure in Minnesota and obtain required department-specific certifications. Full-time evening/night shift (4:00pm to 4:30am) with bi-weekly pay, rotating weekends, and a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed RN in Minnesota
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be available for Every Other Weekend and Rotating Holidays
- Must be available for Night Shifts (4:00pm to 4:30am)
- Must be available for 12 Hours shifts
- Must be available for Full time employment (36.00 Weekly Hours)
- Must be available for 72 Hours a bi-weekly pay period
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
