Job Summary
Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Initiate, implement, and continuously monitor personalized patient care plans while serving as the central communication link for physicians and specialists. Accurately observe, record, and promptly communicate changes in patient conditions, then expertly manage physician and nursing orders to support successful discharge transitions. This Weekend, Full-time role at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK requires BLS certification and Oklahoma RN licensure. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
