Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications for our senior residents. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by creating a comforting atmosphere and developing meaningful relationships through life stories. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Requires a valid Indiana LPN license, proficient medication skills, and strong geriatric nursing passion. Full-time day and night shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
