Job Summary
Provide patient care in ambulatory settings while performing phone triage, answering MyChart messages, and conducting independent patient assessments. Administer medications and injections, coordinate care across UW Medicine specialties, and document outcomes in Epic. Assist with admissions, record keeping, and minimally invasive procedures. Requires 2 years of recent ambulatory or medical-surgical experience, active BLS certification, and Washington State licensure. Full-time, 40-hour day shift rotation (8:00am-4:30pm) Monday through Friday with occasional travel to offsite clinic locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of recent ambulatory or medical-surgical nursing experience
- Familiarity with phone triage standards
- Active BLS certification
- Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
- Must be available to work day shifts (8:00am-4:30pm) Monday-Friday
- Occasional travel will be required to other offsite clinic locations
