Job Summary
Inpatient RN in the Advanced Acute Care Trauma Unit, based at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. Provides direct patient care, plans and coordinates nursing activities, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supports patient and family education and discharge planning. Unit focuses on trauma, medical-surgical and telemetry care with emphasis on safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice. Requires nursing licensure in PA, BLS, and completion of specialty nursing training. Full-time schedule (36 hours/week) with day shifts, every other weekend/holiday; includes relocation assistance and shift differentials depending on hours. - Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
