RN- Registered Nurse- Advanced Acute Care Trauma Unit

Complete assessments and formulate care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for patients on the Advanced Acute Care Trauma Unit. Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to resolve patient needs. Evaluate nursing interventions, coordinate discharge planning, and participate in unit-based decision-making and quality safety education programs. Work days 7a-7:30p with every other weekend and holiday requirements, supporting Geisinger's mission to make better health easier for the community.
