RN- Registered Nurse- Advanced Acute Care Medical Telemetry Unit

Conduct assessments and coordinate care plans for patients on the Advanced Acute Care Medical Telemetry Unit, addressing physical, psychological, and social needs throughout the continuum of care. Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies while evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in unit-based decision-making regarding evidence-based practice. Actively contribute to patient quality and safety education programs and meet obligations for every other weekend and holiday shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
