RN - Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Medical

Assess, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs while promoting adaptive responses and safety. Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policy, and formulate comprehensive plans of care involving patient education and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team. Collaborate with physicians and ancillary personnel to resolve patient needs, problem-solve equipment issues, and participate in unit-based decision-making regarding evidence-based practice. Actively contribute to quality and safety education programs and satisfy all job-specific obligations while complying with organization policies.
