RN - Registered Nurse (86424)

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for residents in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity. Perform daily rounds to ascertain resident condition and comfort, while following safety and infection control guidelines to protect residents from injury. Assess changes in resident status, institute appropriate interventions, and communicate with physicians and allied health professionals as needed. Maintain hand-off communications with the oncoming shift regarding resident care needs. Oversee direct care staff to ensure tasks and care are completed as assigned. Speak, read, and write English and apply basic math principles. Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements.
