Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a 5-star senior living community. Responsibilities include making daily rounds to assess resident condition, following safety and infection-control policies, initiating interventions to protect residents from injury and infection, communicating with physicians and families, supervising direct care staff, and ensuring accurate hand-off communications between shifts. Must read/write English, apply basic math, maintain licensure and CEU requirements, and hold a current CPR certification. Prior LTC/SNF experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensed in state of work
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred but not required
