Job Summary
Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community, providing compassionate care to residents with a focus on geriatric conditions. Duties include assessing, developing, and evaluating resident care plans; managing common geriatric conditions; supervising LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides; administering medications and treatments per physician orders; overseeing medication, equipment, and supply management; documenting care using electronic charting systems; communicating resident status changes to physicians, families, and clinical managers; and maintaining a respectful, team-oriented work environment. Shifts are nights (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with a wage range of $33.35 - $43.37 per hour and a $5,000 bonus for part-time. The position is located at 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033. Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
- 2 years of RN experience for NOC shift
- Strong assessment skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
