Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document resident condition changes, and manage medications while promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and interpersonal communication, collaborating with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care. Lead the care team to exceed resident needs while demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Requires a current Indiana RN license and proficiency in geriatric nursing. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive compensation, health benefits, and mentorship pathways.
Required Qualifications
