Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Mercy’s Regional Float Pool across Mercy Washington and surrounding communities, working part-time nights (24 hours/week) with a sign-on bonus. Float to multiple units including Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, and ICU across several Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. Provide nursing care based on theoretical concepts, assess and plan care, and collaborate with diverse care teams. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state (or active compact licensure), and one year of bedside Med/Surg experience (two years for ICU/specialties). Certifications: BLS; ICU/CC roles require BLS and ACLS. Incentives include shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and retirement benefits. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties
- BLS required for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care
- Certification: BLS; CC requires BLS, ACLS
