Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. You will float between units including Orthopedics, Trauma, Surgery, Oncology, Neuro, Medical, Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care. Report to facilities within the regional footprint upon hiring approval. Maintain a current RN license and possess one year of recent bed-side Med Surg experience or two years for critical care specialties. Perform duties requiring standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and patient turning. Work nights as part of a 24-hour weekly schedule with regional shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
