Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the regional footprint. Report to assigned hospitals after hiring leader approval, with units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU. Maintain current RN licensure and recent bed-side experience, while rotating through diverse care teams to strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Enjoy flexibility and variety in daily work within a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
