Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the regional footprint. Report to assigned units within Mercy Southeast and surrounding communities, including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care settings. Maintain current RN licensure and required certifications such as BLS and ACLS. This part-time, 24-hour-per-week night shift role offers flexibility and variety in daily work. Candidates will collaborate with diverse care teams to strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills while serving patients in hospitals across the St. Louis region.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
