Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities including Orthopedics, Trauma, ICU, and Telemetry units. Collaborate with diverse care teams while rotating through Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, South, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast, and Stoddard locations. Maintain current RN licensure and hold required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and Epic experience where applicable. Work nights for 24 hours per week with regional float assignments determined upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
