Job Summary
RN - Regional Float Pool (Part Time, Nights) across Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding communities. Provides nursing care to adult/geriatric patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with standards. Float across units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more; requires reporting to facilities within the regional footprint and collaboration with diverse care teams. Eligible candidates have a nursing degree (AS/ASN or higher) with RN licensure, one year med/surg bedside experience (two years for ICU/critical care), and BLS/ACLS as indicated. Sign-on bonus of $10,000, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- RN license in hiring state/compact
- One year bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties
- BLS for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
