Job Summary
RN in Mercy’s Regional Float Pool providing nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. Part-time, 24 hours per week, night shifts. Float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and other units as needed; collaborate with diverse care teams, assess and plan patient care, and ensure nursing standards are met. Eligible for sign-on bonus, shift differentials, benefits from day one, tuition assistance, and retirement plans. Requires RN licensure and a current nursing program credential; BSN preferred and ASN typically accepted to pursue BSN; Epic experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- RN licensure in applicable state or compact licensure
- One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; minimum two years for ICU/other specialties
- BLS certification; CCU/ICU requires BLS, ACLS
- Ability to stand/walk most of shift; lifting and turning patients with assistance
