Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Report to assigned hospitals within the regional footprint, with specific facility assignments determined upon hire and approved by leadership. Provide bedside care in units including medical/surgical, telemetry, stepdown, and intensive care settings such as CVICU and Trauma ICU. Maintain current RN licensure and hold required certifications like BLS and ACLS for critical care roles. Work nights with shift differentials, reporting to facilities including Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, Washington, and others.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
