Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Report to assigned locations including Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, South, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast, and Stoddard, with specific unit assignments determined upon hire. Provide bedside care in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care units, rotating through diverse patient populations. Maintain current RN licensure and required certifications such as BLS and ACLS for critical care roles. Work nights in a full-time capacity with regional float privileges.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
