Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Rotate through units including Orthopedics, Trauma, Surgery, Oncology, Neuro, Medical, Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and various ICU specialties. Collaborate with diverse care teams while maintaining current RN licensure and required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS. Work nights as part of a full-time regional float pool, reporting to facilities assigned by the hiring leader.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
