Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Report to designated units including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care, with specific assignments determined upon hire. Maintain a current RN license and meet state board requirements while reporting to facilities within the regional footprint. Shifts are full-time nights, with a minimum of three facilities assigned. This role offers regional float flexibility to strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills while collaborating with diverse care teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
