Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Mercy Regional Float Pool (St. Louis region) working full-time nights across multiple Mercy hospitals. Role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients within a regional float pool; staff will be assigned to facilities across Mercy St. Louis, Mercy Jefferson, Mercy South, and other Mercy locations. Requires RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS/NRP as specified; sign-on bonus and shift differentials available. Opportunities include working with diverse care teams, exposure to Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU units, and cross-facility collaboration with ongoing education and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- BSN preferred
- BLS (needed to start for Med Surg)
- NRP (needed for Women’s Health)
- Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for ICU/other specialties
- Ability to stand/walk most of shift; bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds
