Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Rotate through diverse units including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care settings such as CVICU and Trauma ICU. Collaborate with diverse care teams to strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills while reporting to facilities within the regional footprint. Requires one to two years of recent bedside RN experience depending on specialty, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 plus shift differentials and comprehensive day-one benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg
- BLS & NRP certifications for Women's Health
- Ability to stand/walk most of the time on duty
- Ability to perform significant amount of bending and stooping
- Ability to lift and turn patients with assistance
- Ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
- Availability to report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital
- Availability for Nights shift
- Full Time employment status
- Minimum of 3 assigned facilities
