Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for Mercy Regional Float Pool across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. Role involves floating to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and related units across facilities, with Nights full-time schedule. Requires active RN license in the hiring state (compact licensure acceptable) and 1 year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg (2 years for ICU/other specialties). Preferred BSN. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, collaborating with diverse care teams, and adapting to dynamic patient populations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
