RN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights - Mercy South and SurroundingCommunities

Regional Float Pool RN role responsible for providing adult/geriatric nursing care across Mercy hospitals within the St. Louis region. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individualized nursing care according to standards of practice; reports to the home hospital, with facility assignments discussed at hire. Units to float to include Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU (including CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Neuro ICU) and more across multiple Mercy campuses. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state (or compact), one year Med/Surg bedside experience (two years for ICU/other specialties), and current certifications (BLS; NRP for Women’s Health as applicable).
