Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. You will report to assigned hospitals within the regional footprint, with specific facilities determined upon hire and approval by leadership. Daily duties involve rotating through units such as Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care, including CVICU, Trauma, Burn, and Neuro ICU. This role requires recent bed-side RN experience, current RN licensure, and certifications like BLS and ACLS for critical care positions. Full-time night shifts include regional float pool perks and shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
- Ability to stand/walk most of the time on duty
- Ability to perform significant bending and stooping
- Ability to lift and turn patients with assistance
- Ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital where they are employed
- Must be available for Nights shift
- Must be available for Weekends shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
