Job Summary
RN - Regional Float Pool across Mercy’s hospitals in the St. Louis region. Full-time nights. Float to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU (CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU) and more across multiple Mercy facilities. Requires graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN licensure in the hiring state (or compact), and 1 year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg (2+ years for ICU/CC). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties (ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification (Med Surg and Behavioral Health)
- BLS, ACLS (for Critical Care)
- BSN preferred
