Join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool as an RN serving multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. Provide adult/geriatric nursing care by applying theoretical concepts to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards. Report to facilities within Mercy’s regional footprint with assignments discussed at hire. Rotate through units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU (CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Neuro ICU, etc.). Benefits available from day one; sign-on bonus offered. Role emphasizes clinical assessment, collaboration with diverse care teams, and ongoing learning across varied clinical environments. Shift: Nights; focus on delivering high-quality care across multiple Mercy facilities such as Mercy St. Louis, Mercy Jefferson, Mercy South, Mercy Washington, Mercy Lincoln, Mercy Perry, Mercy Southeast, and Mercy Stoddard. Requirements include current RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, one year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg (and two years for other specialties), BLS (and ACLS for CC), and Epic experience preferred.
