Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Mercy’s Regional Float Pool providing patient care across multiple hospitals and units within the St. Louis region. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, rotating through Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and other units as needed. Reports to the home hospital’s leadership and may float to facilities across the regional footprint. Night shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (no contract) plus shift differentials. Requires graduation from an accredited RN program and current RN license; BSN preferred. Certifications: BLS (all), ACLS for Critical Care. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- 1 year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg
- 2+ years of recent bedside RN experience for ICU/other specialties
- BLS (Med/Surg and Behavioral Health)
- ACLS (Critical Care)
- BSN preferred
