Job Summary
RN for Mercy's Regional Float Pool (Full Time, Night shift) across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients; report to facilities within the regional footprint; float across units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU with opportunity to work at multiple Mercy facilities. Key duties involve collaborating with diverse care teams, applying nursing standards, and supporting flexible, varied clinical assignments. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN licensure in the applicable state, 1 year of bedside Med/Surg RN experience (2 years for ICU/other specialties), and BLS (and ACLS for CC). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside RN experience for ICU/other specialties
- BLS certification for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care
