Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within the St. Louis region. Report to assigned facilities including Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, South, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast, and Stoddard. Rotate through diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU specialties including Cardiac, Trauma, Neuro, and Burn care. Maintain current RN licensure and hold required certifications like BLS and ACLS. Perform physical duties involving patient lifting, turning, and standing for most of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for all other specialties (ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
