RN Regional Float Pool ED Full Time Nights 15K Sign-On Bonus

RN in Emergency Department float pool, full-time nights with a $15K sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; developing and implementing individualized care plans; administering medications and treatments safely; educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies; coordinating with medical staff to optimize patient care; maintaining accurate documentation; evaluating care plan effectiveness and participating in performance improvement; ensuring infection control and safety; providing emotional support; supervising and delegating to the healthcare team; and maintaining ongoing professional development. Requirements include RN licensure, ADN required with BSN preferred, at least 2 years of ED RN experience, BLS, and ability to use healthcare IT systems.
