Job Summary
RN in Emergency Department float pool, full-time night shift with a $15K sign-on bonus. Responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications per orders, educating patients and families, coordinating with healthcare teams, maintaining documentation, ensuring infection control and safety standards, and providing emotional support. Requires ADN with RN license; BSN preferred and 2+ years ED experience recommended. Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills critical.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years RN ED experience required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
