Job Summary
Join HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital as an RN in the Rapid Response team, where you will provide clinical expertise in caring for critically ill patients. You'll assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, instructing families on medications and treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Must have 3-5 years of recent critical care experience in ICU or ER
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months
- Current NIHSS certification required within 6 months
- Applicable national board certification within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Previous critical care and/or rapid response team experience in an acute care setting
- Critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- PC skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or have appropriate compact licensure
