Job Summary
Maintain administrative and clinical policies and procedures while coordinating Utilization Review, Performance Improvement Program, and internal and external education activities. Manage confidential information regarding patient records and departmental hospital activities. Demonstrate expressed interest in documentation details and quality improvement, supported by two years of hospice experience and demonstrated skills in education and training. Work M-F 8a-4:30p for a caring, collaborative team where your voice matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health-related field
- Current license in applicable State of practice for Registered Nurse
- Two years experience in hospice services
