Job Summary
Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program by supporting the corporation's performance improvement process and identifying performance trends. Prioritize and recommend improvements while investigating specific areas of concern identified by leadership. Perform oversight and monitoring of CMS Core measures and FMEA's, analyzing data to provide feedback to the Director. Assist Nursing leadership in developing audit tools, educating staff, and collaborating on implementation and follow-up. Serve as a resource for Nursing and Medical Staff as needed to ensure compliance with all The Joint Commission standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Nevada
- Three to five years clinical experience

- PI or QA experience
