Job Summary
Coordinate quality improvement initiatives as an RN Quality Coordinator, partnering with nursing leadership and hospital councils to elevate patient outcomes and support national nursing initiatives. Leverage clinical expertise as an RN to influence decisions through collaboration with direct managers and involvement in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. Requires RN licensure and an Associate or Bachelor's Degree; 2 years of quality or performance improvement experience is preferred.
