RN, Psychiatric Acute, Part-time, Variable Shift

Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessment findings to determine diagnoses, and develops care plans to promote a safe environment. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers while delegating duties to team members. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and provides learning opportunities for all stakeholders. Requires BSN preference, acute care experience, RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and TEAM or TEAM-A training. Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials apply.
