In charge nurse roles involve assigning staff based on patient needs and acuity, serving as a clinical resource, and ensuring timely follow-up with physicians, staff, or patients. You will assess patient plans, administer prescribed medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, document patient conditions using computerized systems, and educate patients and families as part of Multidisciplinary Care Planning.
