RN Progressive Care Unit

Progressive Care RN coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care with pre-operative and post-operative nursing support. The role includes assessing patient condition at admission and each shift, performing procedures as ordered, administering medications and monitoring responses, documenting care in the medical record, maintaining knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical procedures/equipment, and collaborating with medical providers to advocate for patients. Requires ACLS within 6 months of start date and BCLS within 30 days. Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
