Manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring health through the nursing process. Conduct direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient health education within standards of nursing care. Provide progressive care in the Durbin Park Hospital Progressive Care Unit, requiring a BSN within three years of hire, Florida licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications. One to two years of RN experience is required.
