RN Progressive Care Seasonal Nights

RN in the Progressive Care Unit at Northwest Medical Center (Tucson, AZ) on Seasonal Night shifts. The RN provides patient-centered care in a 28-bed PCU with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, supporting post-cardiac surgery and Cath Lab procedures, alcohol withdrawal, heart and respiratory failure, dysrhythmias, and medication drips. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; medication administration and monitoring; collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team; patient and family education; CPR/code team participation; infection control; and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Seasonal contracts are offered for 13 or 26 weeks, with night shift coverage and competitive rates.
