Job Summary
RN on a Progressive Care–Renal unit focusing on renal and dialysis care, telemetry monitoring, and specialized procedures. Collaborates with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide competent holistic care with a 4:1 patient ratio. Requires Missouri RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 1 year of hire; associate nursing degree required with a bachelor's preferred. Experience preferred in medical/surgical nursing. Strong emphasis on telemetry and renal/dialysis procedures (hemodialysis, CCPD, CAPD) and implementing nursing processes to support patient-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA
- ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA within 1 year of hire
- Associates - Nursing (required)
- Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
