Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) under physician and leadership supervision. Monitor patients with complex conditions, administer medications, perform clinical assessments, and respond to changes in patient status. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate effectively with patients and families during critical times, and ensure safety, quality, and compassionate care across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Clinical experience in nursing; Progressive Care preferred
