Job Summary
RN Program Coordinator/Program Director oversees the Nurse Assistant Training Program(s), ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, supervises instructors, collaborates with administrators and partners, develops and administers curricula, coordinates program components, and supports recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel. Responsibilities include supervising instructors, planning and assessing health-related coursework, maintaining regulatory compliance, attending local/state meetings, organizing program resources, and ensuring fiscal accountability. Requires active MT RN license and experience in teaching adults or supervising aides; strong organizational, oral and written communication skills, and ability to work independently; knowledge of health education principles and working with diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed a course in teaching adults or have experience in teaching adults or supervising aides
- Must be an RN with at least two years of nursing experience; at least one year must be in the provision of long term care services.
- Must have an Active RN License in MT
