RN (PRN)

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned. Plan, direct, and carry out shift routines in the assigned unit while observing and evaluating personnel activities. Provide leadership and direction within the unit, manage charting, documentation, and assessment functions, and serve on facility committees to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing or designee. Complete other duties as assigned.
